ทีมงานของเราประกอบไปด้วย 3 ส่วน คือ

1. ทีมที่ปรึกษากฎหมาย (Consultants and Advisors) ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่มาจากอดีตผู้พิพากษา อดีตอัยการ และอดีตข้าราชการชั้นผู้ใหญ่
2. ทีมทนายความ (Ligitation Lawyers and Barristers) ซึ่งจะทำหน้าที่ว่าความในศาลเป็นหลัก
3. ทีมจดทะเบียน/ขอใบอนุญาต (Solicitors) ซึ่งจะทำหน้าที่จดทะเบียนและขอใบอนุญาตจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องในเรื่องต่างๆ

IP Compre Law and Business Consultant has been founded in 2012 by a former Supreme Court Judge and a well-renown professor in accountancy from Chulalongkorn University.  The founders aim to provide a new and creative service which integrates legal, business, branding, and technological aspects together.

Our firm is based in Bangkok, Thailand.  Our works cover a wide range of commercial law aspects, with a focus on intellectual property and business creativity as well as innovation.  The area of our services is mainly intellectual property and information technology law .  Our works cover both contentious and non-contentious issues, i.e. ranging from “contract drafting and filing an application” to “lawsuit and dispute settlement”.

Our clients are varied from a start-up to a large company.  We provide both legal and business-related strategy advice for our clients at various points of business circle, some from the start and some at the law enforcement stage. We do help our clients to shape their ideas into business implementation in the most efficient way as well as to stay competitive locally and internationally.  We also advise our clients on how to use international mechanisms efficiently for protection of their IPRs such as PCT (for patent) and Madrid (for trademark) systems.
